Daily Dot Compiles List of Top Adult Sites for Lesbians

LOS ANGELES — Tech news site The Daily Dot has surveyed the best adult sites offering quality content for "lesbians in lockdown," drafting their Top 14 list.

According to the outlet's Beth Diaz, since 2014, Pornhub statistics have revealed that “videos that highlight lesbianism, fingering, pussy licking, or that are tagged as ‘porn for women’ or ‘romantic’ have been viewed 260% more by people who identify as female than those who identify as male.”

“This major increase of female viewers in a five-year span,” Diaz said, “seems to signal at a positive, sexually healthy and explorative outlook on pornography and a blossoming market for adult film studios.”

Diaz highlighted the contributions of directors like Erika Lust, Petra Jo, Shine Louise Houston and other producers “giving women and other marginalized communities what they really want — realistic porn they could see themselves creating.”

Some sites included in The Daily Dot list are Erika Lust’s XConfessions and Lust Cinema, Adult Time, Houston’s PinkLabelTV and CrashPadSeries, Bellesa Films and others.

Recent mainstream coverage has highlighted the crucial role of lesbian consumers in the adult industry, both in the entertainment and pleasure product/sextech sectors.
